Mr. Chachaval Jiaravanon, the founder and chairman of PIGM, is a member of the Charoen Pokphand Group Company (CP Group) family. CP Group is one of the wealthiest families in Asia, with over $90b in revenue, and managing 450,000 employees, making it the largest diversified holding company in Asia. Their assets operate across 8 business segments, 14 business groups, and 21 countries and economic zones.

With over 40 years of global business experience and a vast network. He currently serves as the Chairman of Charoen Energy and Water Asia and is the owner family member of True Corporation, overseeing all investment activities of the group. He is also personally manage in Fortune Magazine Media with fully ownership.

Mr. Chachaval, recognized the need for an investment firm that could actively explore market opportunities and respond to special situations, leading to the establishment of PIGM. He aims to realize more meaningful investments through collaboration with global partners, turning 'All, Possibilities' into reality.

Cayuda Jiaravanon

After working as a private banker at Credit Suisse and UBS, she co-founded Pentapoint Global Management. She has explored and analyzed market opportunities in the financial industry, leading to numerous successful transactions. Particularly, she has provided successful performances to influential companies, family offices, and investors in Asia.

Her network is utilized in LP relations at PIGM and in exploring deals reaching worldwide from Thailand, overseeing all activities at PIGM as Chief Executive Officer to lead all investment-related works in the firm.

Jason Yang

With over 12 years of experience at NYLON and Microsoft, Jason handled global media and tech businesses. As Japan and Thailand's Corporate Country Officer at Edge Partners and BTC Japan, he managed various financial transactions, structured deals, and inter-corporate transactions. From 2021, at PACE Development Corporation PLC, he was responsible for raising global funds, structuring, partnership and transactions, and CEO of DEAN & DELUCA Singapore a subsidiary company.

Joining PentaPoint Global Management in 2024 as EVP, he oversees all new transactions, strategic planning for major international deals, LP relations, and fundraising efforts.

CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER, BOARD OF INVESTMENT

Nupong Pornprapa

With 25+ years of experience, Mr. Nupong has demonstrated remarkable achievements through his expertise in manufacturing, finance, and global supply chains at his family company, Siam Motor Group, the largest automotive conglomerate in ASEAN, engaged in manufacturing, finance, global supply chain, and real estate development. Additionally, he has successfully established various businesses ranging from real estate development to finance, emerging as a prominent young leader in Thailand and the ASEAN region.

As one of the founders of PIGM and a member of the Board of Investment, he leverages his global network to maximize synergies among companies and establish investment opportunities as the Chief Strategy Officer.

Michael J. Kim

With 20+ years of cross-border real estate development and investment experience, Michael has worked with global real estate developers and AMCs in complex investment environments. He served as Country Head of GS E&C, a Korean-based real estate developer, played a key role in cross-border investment and divestment projects in countries like Indonesia, Vietnam, and the US. His expertise strategic planning, business development, investment structuring, feasibility analysis, and real estate fundraising based on his cross-border investment experiences.

He leads PIGM investment process, from portfolio planning to structuring specific investment projects.

Partner, HEAD OF REAL ESTATE

Jared O'Brien

With 20+ years of global real estate development and investment experience, Jared has lead many projectss with global developers and brands. He is the Vice President in charge of overseas real estate development at Thailand’s leading Real Estate development company, PACE Development Corporation PLC. Particularly in Thailand, he leverages over 15 years of unparalleled experience and network. Additionally, he founded Akamai Capital in Singapore, tapping into a global network spanning finance, arts, hospitality, and real estate.

He is leading global asset investment and data center development in Thailand at PIGM.

CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER

Mitsuru Nishiuwakoto

Mitsuru provided advisory services to Japanese corporations at KPMG Thailand and specialized in corporate law and taxation at Deloitte. Additionally, at DLA Piper, he participated in various legal activities related to corporate and finance. He is a US CPA and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Purdue Global Law School in California. Joining PIGM in 2024 as Chief Finance Officer, he oversees compliance and fund setup and review.
